Terms & Conditions

1.   Portal access is open to all users; however, placement facilitation is restricted to candidates formally trained at Accounts Home.

2.   Accounts Home acts solely as a placement facilitation platform, and all job suggestions are indicative only, without employment guarantee or obligation.

3.   Employer introductions shall occur only after completion of prescribed training and internal eligibility evaluation.

4.   Upon placement intimation, the candidate shall report to the institution within three (3) days and complete all mandated post-placement declarations and compliances.

5.   Any job opportunity communicated through the portal is candidate-specific, confidential, and non-transferable.

6.   The candidate grants explicit consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for data processing limited to placement-related purposes.

7.   Withdrawal of such consent may restrict, suspend, or terminate placement facilitation without liability.

8.   The candidate is solely accountable for accuracy, authenticity, and timely updation of all personal and professional details.

9.   Any administrative, technical, or account-related assistance, including access recovery, shall be chargeable as per institutional norms.

10.   Accounts Home does not verify or warrant employer credentials, conduct, remuneration, or working conditions.

11.   Accounts Home assumes no statutory, contractual, vicarious, or consequential liability arising from job outcomes or employer actions.

12.   No oral, informal, or third-party representations shall be binding; only written terms published by Accounts Home shall prevail.

13.   Misrepresentation, interview non-attendance, misuse of platform access, or reputational harm may lead to immediate suspension, blacklisting, or withdrawal of services.

14.   The candidate agrees to indemnify and hold Accounts Home harmless from claims, losses, penalties, or disputes arising from the candidate’s acts or omissions.

15.   These Terms shall be governed by Indian law, subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and continued portal use signifies binding acceptance.
